KCHFT MSK Outpatient Physiotherapy Self-referral service

We are delighted to offer self-referral to physiotherapy for patients in Kent.

The team assess and treat musculoskeletal injuries and conditions including muscle and ligament injuries, tendon problems and joint pain including osteoarthritis. They see patients with back and neck pain, and can help with upper and lower limb problems. They also help patients with sports specific injuries, repetitive strain disorders and long-term pain conditions. They also see patients following surgery. Treatments they offer include:

• face-to-face and virtual individual treatment sessions
• patient and problem specific exercise prescription
• individual and group education and advice sessions to help patients actively manage their problem
• exercise groups led by a physiotherapist or physiotherapy assistant

• West Kent
• The Churchill Centre, Aylesford
• Tonbridge Cottage Hospital, Tonbridge
• Sevenoaks Hospital, Sevenoaks
