Alms House Charity

Affordable, comfortable living for older people

Sevenoaks Place and Lambarde Cottages provide comfortable, affordable accommodation for people of retirement age who wish to retain their independence and yet be part of a small, friendly and supportive community.

There are two sets of properties available: Sevenoaks Place, self-contained flats in Grade II* listed ragstone buildings, located in the upper High Street of Sevenoaks, and Lambarde Cottages, nineteenth-century single-storey terraced houses in the village of Weald.
